Our outside school hours care community partnership…
Our family run business is built around the philosophy of Making Kids Smile!
How we make kids smile…
First, we ensure a safe and caring environment for children to play, form friendships and create positive memories. Then we add a host of engaging and quality activities that bring out a smile. And not just one or two smiles either. In fact, through Outside School Hours Care, Holiday Clubs and Kids Events we positively impact the lives of thousands of children every week. It's so many smile, it kind of make our cheeks hurt thinking about it!
How to get started…
One of the most important tasks when becoming a new member of our OSHC family is registering online for an account with us. This enables you to make bookings, view your statements and manage your details anytime of the day. Registering is easy. Click here to visit our website www.campaustalia.com.au and click on 'Register' to begin. If you need help contact our friendly Customer Service Team on 1300 105 343 Monday to Friday.
- Mobile: 0423 418 091
- Camp Australia Head Office: 1300 105 343
- Camp Australia Website: www.campaustralia.com.au
Hours of Operation
- Before School Care 7:00 am – 8:30 am
- After School Care 3:20 pm – 6:15 pm
- Curriculum Day 7:00 am – 6:00pm (as advised)
When completing your enrolment details online, you will indicate what type of booking you need to make. We have two types of bookings:
Permanent Booking: These bookings are made as 1 session or more per week for an entire term. Permanent bookings will automatically carry over until notification of a change is received by our Customer Service Team.
Casual Booking: These bookings can be made right up to the session commencement time. The Casual Booking fee attracts an additional cost on top of the Permanent Fee, as we will need to arrange for additional food, resources and potentially staff.
Cancellations need to be made a minimum of 7 days prior to the scheduled date of attendance at the OSHC Service to avoid incurring the full session fee. We need this notice to make sure we plan the staff rosters accordingly and also to avoid wastage of food.
Cancellations made with less than 7 days notice will incur the full fee of the booked session, and will be deemed as an Allowable Absence. In accordance with Camp Australia policy and in line Government Regulations, a Doctors Certificate will not be accepted as a reason for non-payment of a booked session.
If you do need to cancel your child/children's attendance for a Service, please let us know – that way we are sure your child is safe. Cancellations need to be made by the Parent or Guardian, not by the child.
Permanent Booking $21.49
Out of Pocket $8.20 to $10.75
Permanent Booking $27.57
Out of Pocket $9.12 to $13.79
Payment: Accounts will be issued to you on a fortnightly basis in arrears, to the address nominated by you on your Enrolment Form. Method of payment is by automatic Direct Debit from either your nominated Bank Account or Credit Card.
Half price childcare… We can help you save
The Child Care Program helps meet the cost of care for parents with children attending our services. There are two types of government financial assistance (CCB & CCR) available to help you get 50% back. To find out more call our friendly Customer Service team on 1300 105343 or visit our website www.campautraila.com.au
Collection of Children
We hold the safety of your children as the number one priority, therefore we require all children to be signed in and out of each session by an authorised adult. Children can only be collected by people authorised and nominated on the Enrolment Form. Any variation to this must be provided in writing to the Coordinator at the Service.
The 'CA OSHC TIMES'
Please check our regular "CA OSHC TIMES" in your school newsletter to keep up to date with interesting news and upcoming activities.
We would love to know your thoughts about our OSHC service at your school. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, 1300 105 343 or alternatively pop a note into the suggestion box at the program.
How we make parents smile…
Whilst we focus on smiles and having fun we take very seriously the responsibility of caring after the most important person in your life, your child. To ensure this, each Coordinator is required to have a Diploma of Children's Services or OSHC, and /or relevant teaching qualifications. Plus, they need to have a current Working with Children Check, First Aid and CPR training plus accreditation in Anaphylaxis Management. So whether your child is signed up for Before or After School Care or Holiday Clubs, you know that not only are they in safe hands and having fun, they are also eating right too.
